Below you will find the most common questions asked (and answers) that you can
use for your common questions page. Feel free to ask these questions
can be used as a template or inspiration for your webshop.

 

Order and delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?

Answer: The average delivery time is 5-10 days. Our products
are sent directly from the supplier to you. Because of this
unique business model, we can save enormously on storage and storage costs

Question: I am missing a number of products in my order, how is that possible?

Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, it can be done this way

Exchanges and returns

Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it
Exchange or return 14 days after receipt. Products must be in original
condition and provided with tags and labels must be returned. It
product may not show any signs of use.

 

A return shipment must always have a Track & Trace code. The
sender is always responsible for shipping.
Once we have received the items you returned, we will take care of it
ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

Track en Trace

 Question: Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

Question: The Track and Trace code does not provide any information, how is this possible?

Answer: From the moment your package arrives at the
Track and Trace information is available by mail order company. Love it
